Hannahs shines in Charity Shops Survey


Hannahs is one of the leaders in a national survey of charity shops published by Civil Society. A total of 73 charities with 6505 shops from all over the UK took part including major national charities like Cancer Research and British Heart Foundation.

Hannahs features among 40 charities in the non-hospice category. In the volunteering section Hannahs ranked second in the amount of hours volunteers work each week. Hannahs volunteers average 12 hours a week.

In the Profitability Non-Hospice section Hannahs came second in the league table at 55.1% Profit Margin and in the Income and Profit section Hannahs ranked in the top 20 table of both categories. The figures were 13.8% Increase in Income Year on Year and 19.5% Increase in Profit Year on Year.
