We are planning for our future and looking to recruit Night Support Workers, who want to make a real difference, to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Your role will be working alongside our Duty Nurse & Clinical Support Assistant to provide care and support in a warm, friendly and stimulating environment for our vulnerable young adults.
You don’t necessarily need experience to join us, as we believe that if you have the right personal qualities, our training programme will equip you with the skills you need to become a successful night support worker. You must be positive, caring and compassionate, have great communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve their dreams and aspirations.
Hours are based on a fixed, 2-week shift Rota pattern, with the requirement to work a night shift every other weekend.
