Hannah Avenue provides much needed respite care to young people, their families and carers from across the UK from one day, up to 52 weeks of the year. This would normally be decided from a multi agency approach working in partnership with each child, young person, parents, families, social workers and other professionals to ensure a personalised approach.
At Hannah Avenue we have:
- 14 single bedded rooms (all personalised for the young people and some have adjoining en-suite facilities)

Hannah Avenue provides a highly personalised, outstanding service for children with a range of complex and profound needs along with medical needs. Our energetic and inspirational team of qualified staff promote a culture of young people first, disability second; an ethos underpinned by our social model of nursing which factors emotional and developmental needs with medical.
When staying at Hannah Avenue, young people experience a well resourced home from home with a meticulous approach to care. Young people are encouraged to participate in the life of the wider local community, develop life skills and grow to achieve their full potential in terms of independence and confidence.
