I offer a warm supportive presence, putting the client at the centre of our work together. My background includes working with grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and with anger and communication skills. I aim to work in a creative and flexible way, responding to each person’s unique needs, and relating to the whole person, not only their ‘problem’. Many people find that mind and body are intimately related, and we can work with relaxation techniques which can relieve both emotional and physical symptoms.
Above all, I will accept you for who you are, without judging either you or the issues that bring you to counselling. No problem is too small – if it causes you distress, it is important.
