Dame Hannah’s is an established Charity that has been providing care and support to vulnerable people for over 250 years. Our services are regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and hold an inspection rating of “Good” with “Outstanding” in some key areas.

THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED:
With the development of our services, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and skilled recruitment and training coordinator to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional, with proven experience of working within a similar post.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly and competently in a fast-paced office environment. You will be able to complete tasks within the agreed time scales as part of a team, and on your own, with a keen eye for detail. You will have strong computer skills and demonstrable experience of recruitment and training administration.

HOURS OF WORK:
Permanent - Full time (Monday to Friday) with the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business
