THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED:
As Events & Activity Coordinator, you will plan, organise and manage the activities for our Adults across the Trust. You will create and implement a meaningful and engaging programme that will enable the Adults to live life to the full.

Our Adult’s expect a high level of meaningful engagement, delivered to them in a person centred way, from professional and dedicated staff that are highly motivated. You will deliver imaginative and engaging experiences for our Adults, to maximise their wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

You must be a positive, caring and compassionate individual, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for helping people to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

HOURS OF WORK:
• 37 hrs per week
