An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for an experienced administrator. You will be a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic individual, performing a wide range of administration tasks for the Trust. This will include dealing with email and telephone enquiries, welcoming visitors, maintaining confidential records with accurate data entry, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly and competently in a fast-paced office/reception environment. You will be able to complete tasks within the agreed time scales as part of a team, and on your own, with a keen eye for detail. You will have strong computer skills and demonstrable experience of a range of IT packages and software including Microsoft Excel.
