Registered Manager

  • Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 FTE
  • Hours: Full Time

THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED:
With the development of our Adult Services department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled Registered Manager, to join our dedicated team of professionals.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a person centred care approach, who has the ability to communicate effectively and accurately (both written and verbally). It is essential that you have recent experience of working in a similar role, within a regulatory CQC care setting.
You will be an experienced and professional individual, with an acute attention to detail.

You will have outstanding leadership and management skills, and you will be expected to support and mentor your teams effectively, to ensure that all care and support delivered across our service, is in line with regulations, best practice, and Trust policies and procedures.

Your focus will be to ensure the effective leadership and management of our regulated service, and you will be responsible for all areas of quality assurance, regulatory and statutory compliance, as defined by CQC.

The successful post holder will hold a relevant Diploma level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, or equivalent and be IT literate in a wide range of computer systems, such as Excel, Microsoft Word and electronic records.

HOURS OF WORK
Permanent - Full time (Monday to Friday) with the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business as required.
