Our mission is simple, to empower, advocate and enrich the lives of adults with disabilities.

Our services

Working at its main site at Ivybridge, about 11 miles from Plymouth – Dame Hannahs provides learning, care, support and fun for adults with a range of disabilities, including: Hannahwood – an innovative transition project for young adults - therapies and supported activities. Our holistic approach offers professional support from our therapists, educationalists, expert medical staff and a care team.

March Newsletter

Our young adults have been making the most of the glorious Spring weather over the last few weeks with a variety of outings around Devon. They have also been really enjoying and benefitting from being back in the pool for their hydrotherapy sessions.

Simon takes on Eddystone Sailing Challenge in aid of Dame Hannahs

Simon Richardson, Site Maintenance Manager at the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust, is set to sail in the Eddystone Charity Sailing Pursuit to raise money for the charity.

Local supporter Dan to run for Dame Hannahs

Local Dame Hannahs supporter Dan Westlake is running his first ever marathon in aid of the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust. Based in Plymouth, Dan will be taking part in the Plym Valley Marathon on 7th May.

After a quiet start to the year and despite the recent storms, our young adults have kept busy with indoor activities, birthday celebrations and the occasional windy walk.

Local Group donate to Dame Hannahs

The residents of Maple and Magnolia Court Social Committee in Plymstock very kindly gave a generous donation of £140 to the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust.
