Dame Hannahs fundraisers serve up treats at Yealmpton Show

Staff and supporters at Dame Hannahs served delicious treats on their stall at the Yealmpton Show last week and raised £582.70 for the charity.

The Dame Hannahs supporters and kitchen staff had been busy making delicious cakes and preserves which proved very popular with the show visitors. The Dame Hannahs Ivybridge Supporter Group and Fundraising Team welcomed visitors to the stand which was awarded First Prize in the Trade Tent.

Dame Hannahs Head of Fundraising, Daniel Burke, said “We were delighted to raise so much money for Dame Hannahs at the Yealmpton Show and to be awarded First Prize for our stand. We are really grateful to our wonderful Ivybridge Supporter Group and kitchen staff for baking so many delicious cakes. We would also like to thank Marian Vanstone, who has been volunteering for Dame Hannahs for over 60 years, and her son Trevor for their excellent preserves”.
