Hannahs at Ivybridge is home to our School, Respite Centre, Community Hub, Children’s Home and Hannahwood – an innovative transition project for older students. Our holistic approach offers professional support from our therapists, educationalists, expert medical staff and a care team in a lovely atmosphere.

    Education is available for children from the ages of 3 to 19. We provide a range of educational opportunities for children and young people with complex physical disabilities, medical challenges and a range of associated learning difficulties within an holistic, integrated and sensory model.

    We believe that every child and young person at Hannahs should be able to experience life to the fullest and that our therapy teams are crucial in enabling this to happen. Our multi-disciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists work alongside our nurses, education team, care teams and parents to ensure that every part of a child or young person's life is as good as it can be so they are able to reach their full potential.

    The Fusion Project is set within the stunning 90 acre grounds of Hannahs at Seale-Hayne. It brings together, psychology, therapies, research, the arts, nature and the Hannahs community ethos to meet the needs of and empower children and adults with a range of disabilities and mental health difficulties.
