Senior HR Advisor

  • Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 FTE ( pro-rata)
  • Hours: Part-time Hours (Hours negotiable)

We have exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously. The role works within a passionate, people focussed department where an enthusiastic and solutions focussed attitude will be essential.

· To support The Trust to deliver an effective and people orientated HR service to the business.
· To support The Trust to provide professional and timely HR solutions, advice and support across the service, with a primary focus on the day to day management and implementation of grievance, discipline, dignity at work and attendance management cases.
· To provide proactive specialist HR advice and support to managers in the application of core HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions, employment law and HR best practice.
· To ensure co-ordination and consistency of advice through regular liaison and exchange of ideas and best practice.
· Recruitment: Assisting with all areas of the recruitment function including vacancy advertisements, job descriptions and interviewing

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function to include providing professional advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters. Hold current professional qualification in Human Resource Management at Level 5 with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
