Dame Hannahs is home to our Adult Services Provision, known as Hannahwood. Our Ivybridge site is a dedicated specialist facility which provides residential placements and day placement services for young adults (aged 19+) with a wide range of complex, profound and multiple disabilities. Our holistic approach offers professional support from our therapists, expert medical staff and a care team in a lovely atmosphere.
