THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals. Your focus will be to assist the Registered Managers in delivering a high quality service for the people that access our services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Person Centred care approach, who has the ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both written and verbally.
You will have experience in all areas of staff management and you will be expected to effectively lead the teams, to ensure that all care and support delivered across our services is in line with best practice, Trust policies and procedures.

It is essential that you have recent experience of working in a similar role, within a regulatory care setting.
The successful post holder will hold or be working towards a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or equivalent.

HOURS OF WORK
Permanent - Full time 37 hours per week worked over 5 days (Monday to Sunday) with the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business as required. The current work pattern includes one weekend in four.
