Woollcombe Yonge donate to Dame Hannahs

Staff from Woollcombe Yonge Solicitors presented a cheque to the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust recently. Following their participation in Dame Hannahs Make Your Will Week earlier in the year, the Plymouth based solicitors made a very generous donation of £950.

Emma Boulton from Dame Hannahs Fundraising Team visited Woollcombe Yonge to receive the cheque from Partner, Tracey Wright, and Raegan Leather from the Wills, Trusts and Probate Team. Emma Boulton said “We are incredibly grateful to Woollcombe Yonge for choosing to support Dame Hannahs during our Make Your Will Week and for their very generous donation. We really appreciate their support and help in raising vital funds for our young people at Dame Hannahs”.

Tracey Wright from Woollcombe Yonge said “Making a will is one of the most important documents you can make and yet the vast majority of people still die without one in place. Dame Hannahs make such a positive difference to the families they support. To be able to raise funds for Dame Hannahs whilst encouraging people to make wills is an absolute pleasure.”

Every year Dame Hannahs teams up with a group of local solicitors in South Devon to run their Make Your Will Week. The solicitors waive their Will-writing fee in return for a donation to Dame Hannahs to help them in their work supporting children and adults with complex disabilities.
