Autumn Lunch raises over £1200 for Dame Hannahs

The annual Dame Hannahs Autumn Lunch at the Elfordleigh Hotel last week raised a wonderful £1230 for the charity. Nearly 100 guests enjoyed a delicious lunch and a very entertaining talk about the life of a farmer’s wife by Sue Martin. There were also several stalls selling beautiful gifts and a raffle. All funds raised went towards the work of the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust.

Dame Hannahs Community Engagement Officer Debbie Lumsdon said “It was wonderful to see old friends and new at our recent Autumn Lunch we held at the Elfordleigh Hotel. Over £1200 of much needed funds were raised and that was thanks to those people who attended, the stallholders and our guest speaker Sue Martin. We are very grateful for the continuing support of Dame Hannahs by everyone who attends our events”.
