And the winner is...

Plymouth resident Diana Greenlees is the lucky winner of the Hannahs #BIG250 Car Draw. The winning ticket was drawn by David Fitzgerald from the BBC when he attended the Amazing Children’s Christmas Party at Seale-Hayne at the weekend.

Diana visited Seale-Hayne yesterday to celebrate her win before picking up her brand new car from Speedwell Kia in Paignton. Retired teacher Diana bought her winning ticket at the Hannahs Christmas Fayre in November. Through her teaching career, Diana has been aware of Hannahs and their work with disabled children and adults for many years.

Diana said “I was shocked and delighted when I heard that I had won a car as I never win anything! I bought the ticket purely as a donation to Hannahs and it was by complete chance that it turned out to be a win. I am so pleased to be supporting such a worthwhile charity”.

We are delighted with the success of our first ever Car Draw which has raised over £15,000 for Hannahs. We would like to say a huge thank you to Martin Richards of Speedwell Kia Paignton for his very generous donation of a Kia Picanto. The Car Draw has given us a valuable opportunity to go out into the community and help raise awareness of Hannahs as well as raising vital funds.

Many congratulations to our winner Diana and thank you to all our supporters for taking part in the draw.
